Actually, the spare parts kit and the gibs came in from LMS the day before yesterday, but with the HF order here now I can get to work.
The other spare motor gear has already been installed. I kept the old one to remind me not to be dumb :-).
This doesn't seem like a lot to crow about, but it is the stuff that lets me get to actually using the mill in a more or less rational way!
The gibs were to polish up to hopefully smooth the mill out some, but upon reflection, I doubt that these by themselves would make much difference with everything else being rough.
